Structure

VMPET thermal radiant barrier lamination of 3 layers. The top layer is VMPET (aluminum metalized PET film), the middle layer is PE, and the bottom layer is PE or PP woven fabric.

Production

Melted PE is mechanically extruded down and coated evenly into the middle of aluminum film and woven fabric. The 3 layers are then composited tightly into a ready-to-use product.

Application

1. As radiant barrier and sunlight insulation for roofing of house construction;

2. As the interlayer between floor and the ground to prevent heat and moisture;

3. As an disposable and budget underlay material for carpets;

4. As protective outer package for industrial machines, vehicles and home appliances;

5. As reflective sun shading covers for motor cars in the hot weather environment.
